  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (name, address, contact details, etc.) is accurate.

  • An order is considered accepted only after it has been processed and dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Payment failure

    • Stock unavailability

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

    • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

In such cases, refunds will be issued where applicable.


4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to third-party courier delays, weather, or operational issues.

  • Moon Peak is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance by the customer, reshipping charges will apply.


5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

By purchasing from our website, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

5.1 Return Window

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or refund.

  • After 7 days, returns and refunds are not available.

5.2 Damaged, Leaking, or Defective Products

  • If the product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or missing items, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted, even if within the 7-day window.

  • Customers must provide clear photo and video proof of:

    • The package

    • The product

    • The damage or defect

    • Unboxing (if possible)

5.3 Conditions for Refund (Website Orders Only)

If ordered from our website:

  • Customer must ship the product back to us first.

  • After receiving the product, we will inspect it.

  • If we find:

    • Misuse

    • Tampering

    • Fake complaints

    • Product swap

    • Intentional damage

    • Fraudulent intent

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject the refund, and

  • Retain the returned product.

Decisions made after inspection are final.

5.4 If Order Was Placed Through Amazon/Other Ecommerce Website 

  • Amazon/other Ecommerce orders follow their own return and refund process, as required by their policies.

  • Processing, timelines, and approvals are handled through Amazon’s/other Ecommerce website system.


6. Payment Terms

  • We accept online payments through trusted third-party payment gateways.

  • If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, the customer must contact the payment gateway or bank. We will assist where possible.

  • All transactions are subject to bank and gateway verification.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. Fraud Prevention

To protect our business and customers:

  • We monitor orders for suspicious activity.

  • We reserve the right to reject or blacklist users engaging in:

    • Fake damage claims

    • Repeated fraudulent returns

    • Payment reversals without reason

    • Abuse or misuse of offers

Legal action may be taken where necessary.

    • Delays by courier partners

    • Allergic reactions to natural products

    • Misuse or mishandling of products by the customer

    • Typographical errors on the website

Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
