Shipping Policy

At Moon Peak, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • We normally process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.

  • During high-demand seasons, festivals, bulk orders, or operational workload, order processing may take longer.

  • You will be notified via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days or more, depending on location.

  • Remote areas may require additional time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.


3. Courier Partners

  • We ship through reputed third-party courier services for nationwide coverage.

  • Once the package is handed over to the courier, Moon Peak (SRM Foods & Spices) is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions (snowfall, rain, fog)

  • Political situations, strikes, or curfews

  • Natural disasters

  • Operational issues at the courier’s end

Moon Peak cannot be held liable for such delays, but we will assist in tracking the shipment.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may apply depending on:

    • Order value

    • Ongoing offers

    • Product type (e.g., heavy items like walnut giri)

    • Customer’s state or region

  • All applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or fails to receive/pick up the package, the courier may return the order to us.

  • Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund only for prepaid orders, after deducting:

    • Forward shipping charges

    • Return shipping charges (if any)

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are not refundable.


6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a shipment is lost by the courier after dispatch:

“The courier company shall be solely responsible for the loss. Moon Peak (SRM Foods & Spices) cannot be held liable for delivery failures caused by third-party logistics partners; however, we will fully assist customers in coordinating with the courier for resolution.”


7. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record a full unboxing video and take clear photos before opening it.

  • Damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Without proper proof, we cannot process claims or refunds.

8. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their package and coordinating with courier support if needed.


9. Return to Origin (RTO)

If the package is returned to us due to:

  • Customer not being available

  • Customer refusing the parcel

  • Wrong address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

→ The refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed after the product reaches us, minus shipping costs.
