4. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to third-party courier delays, weather, or operational issues.
Moon Peak is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance by the customer, reshipping charges will apply.
5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

5.1 Return Window
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or refund.
After 7 days, returns and refunds are not available.
5.2 Damaged, Leaking, or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or missing items, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted, even if within the 7-day window.
Customers must provide clear photo and video proof of:

5.3 Conditions for Refund (Website Orders Only)

Customer must ship the product back to us first.
After receiving the product, we will inspect it.

5.4 If Order Was Placed Through Amazon/Other Ecommerce Website
Amazon/other Ecommerce orders follow their own return and refund process, as required by their policies.
Processing, timelines, and approvals are handled through Amazon’s/other Ecommerce website system.

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, the customer must contact the payment gateway or bank. We will assist where possible.
